Shrimp Scampi Linguine
Linguine pasta tossed with sautéed shrimp in our homemade white wine lemon butter sauce.
Make it at Home
- 5 medium-sized or 6 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail off
- 1 oz. olive oil
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 tbs. shallots, chopped
- 2 slices lemon
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs. parsley, chopped
- 1 oz. brandy (or cognac)
- 2 oz. white wine
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. each, salt and pepper
- 10 oz. linguine, cooked
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 slice Texas toast
In pan, heat oil, butter, chopped shallots and one lemon slice. Add shrimp and cook on one side, until halfway cooked (about one minute) then flip. Add brandy, white wine, heavy cream, salt and pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Reduce liquid by half. Add cooked pasta and toss all ingredients, making sure all pasta is fully coated. Remove lemon slice from mixture and discard. Mound pasta first onto center of bowl, then place shrimp in circle around pasta. Pour remaining juices on top. Top with one lemon slice and parsley sprig. Top with Texas toast.

Our signature hand-battered chicken tenders are made in-house with our LandShark beer batter and fried until golden brown.

We start with a bed of fresh mixed greens, and top with black beans, roasted corn, diced tomatoes, peppers and fresh avocado. We toss in our homemade Southwestern Vinaigrette and top with crispy tortilla strips, grilled chicken and queso fresco.
From the Grill
Fork-tender baby back ribs seasoned and basted with our signature homemade BBQ sauce served with seasoned French fries and our homemade island coleslaw.
