Let’s Make: Patriotic Piña Coladas

How better to celebrate America’s independence than with red, white, and blue piña coladas?! These creations were inspired by Maggie Jones. Be warned, we were very generous with the rum…

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 oz  8oz white rum
  • 2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 c coconut cream
  • 1/2 c Blue Curaçao
  • 1/2 c crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c white rum
  • whipped cream or coconut cream

Directions:

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add frozen strawberries. Stir until defrosted. White rum, blend, divide between 2 glasses.

Mix crushed ice, coconut cream, blue curaçao, and pineapple. Blend until combined. Slowly pour into the glasses.

Top with whipped cream and a cherry!
