Last month the Margaritaville University college ambassadors were challenged to submit their best burger recipe. A hungry panel of Margaritaville judges chose 5 winners to be featured on Margaritaville.com.

Best Thing About Margaritaville University: Finding new ways to spread the joys of the Margaritaville lifestyle to different friends on campus.

Make Doug’s Sure Could Use a Bloody Mary Burger:

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chuck
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• 2 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tbs pickle juice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and knead together. Separate the mixture into 3 patties and season with celery salt, dill, and paprika to taste. Grill burgers to your preference, adding pepper jack cheese when there are a couple minutes left of cook time.

Sauce

• 1 tsp. horseradish
• 1 tbs. mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
• Hot sauce to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix until it reaches a thick consistency.

Pick your favorite bun, and add the sauce to the top bun. Add the burger to the bottom half and top with bacon, pickles, and olives.
