At 5 o’clock on March 30^th, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band officially opened the Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurant, bar and live music venue at Universal Hollywood CityWalk. Buffett said, “I walked onto the site of CityWalk when it was still under construction, and my first thought was ‘I want a Margaritaville here.’ Thanks to the great folks at Universal, we made it. It’s great to play at the opening and I look forward to visiting regularly on my journeys to the West Coast. Fins Up!”

was at the party to talk to Jimmy about the newest Margaritaville, his favorite drink and go-to dish at Margaritaville and to have an honorary 5 o’clock toast.
