In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we’ve got a recipe for an Irish Float, which, if we’re being honest, is really more of a boozy milkshake. (Not that we’re complaining.)
- Couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Glug of peppermint liqueur
- Larger glug of whiskey
- Couple drops of green food coloring
- A dollop of whipped cream
- Sprinkles (optional)
Throw everything except the whipped cream and sprinkles into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, spray a lot of whipped cream directly into your mouth, then remember you’re making cocktails, and reluctantly top your concoction with a delicate dollop of the whipped cream. Top with sprinkles, and toast with a hearty, “Sláinte!”
