Sirloin and brisket and shortrib, oh my! May might be National Burger Month, but something tells us we’re going to be dreaming of this burger all year long…
Ingredients (for two):
8oz ground sirloin
8oz ground brisket
8oz ground shortrib
1tsp ground black pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic salt
Hamburger buns
Sliced cheddar cheese
Grilled onions
Sliced pickles
BBQ sauce
Directions
Combine the sirloin, brisket, shortrib, salt, pepper, and garlic salt into a ball, then pat it into two flat patties. Lightly oil the grill and heat the grill to medium. Place the burger on the grill and close the lid. Cook the patty until its no longer pink inside, turning once, about 6 – 8 minutes per side.
While cooking, lightly toast the bun (either on the grill or in a toaster). Top the bun with the patty and the toppings listed above.
